Building Stimulus for Changes in Cities

Cities are learning that the ability to try, test, adapt and make changes over time can ultimately build more support. So we have cities like Barcelona who's rolling out their super block program with a shutting many streets to traffic across the city. And once they've had a chance to try out moving around in that space, most people support those changes.
