When Do I Speak Out?

When there's anger, both people, there's an unmet need. If we focus on the other, what's wrong with that person, we will never get our needs met. The idea is not press anger or act out of it, but to let its energy guide us in discovering how to take care of needs. To have real intimacy, we have to be able to speak truths.
