The Future of Building Technology

It's a tale of two cities on the operational front. Assets are doing really well, you know, we're 95% plus occupied across the portfolio or getting solid rent growth. We haven't closed a new deal in a year, which is the longest we've gone even since the GFC and it's been hard to get price discovery. And so what we're focused on is, You know, a lot on asset management,. making sure that the assets we have continue to perform. And then on the kind of acquisition front, we're very much open for business.
