The Indeterminacy of Matter

Graham Greene: I was thinking about how De Laus in Antianopus, obviously, he's championing the flows. But there can be something like an insubstantial substance or whatever Graham would want to use for it. He says that if you leave out that self-recurrence, then it would be appropriate to say, okay, you're undermining the object. This notion of matter being pedatic and indeterminate as you're stressing isn't random, right? Greene: There is this sort of emergence of order out of the indeterminacy. So all of nature is affecting itself and in effecting itself, shapes itself and comes to know itself.
