How to Hire a Human First Designer
You're working on a lot of human in the loop problem. Can you tell us what is human first design? Yeah, so I think broadly, what we see at scale is you can build all the models you want. But if you don't understand your end user, the one who's going to interface with the model, then you're not going to build things that are useful for them.
