Is There a Problem With Rest Time Between Sets?

Short er rest does, to some extent, compromise gains. But again, if you're doing fewer sets per exercise and then going to a different movement, it's not going to be as as big an issue. You have to get really muscular to see those types of restrictions totally. Then amed, if your pecks are as big as your head, you're goin toy, you're going to struggle to swing a golf club. It's just si, the muscle itself is restricting the movement, not the train.
