Relationships to Teachers - Transference

In many great traditions of practice, tibetan, hindu, christian, in some ways buddhist, one is asked to surrender. When you look in the teacher as a rascal or an embodiment of crazy wisdom, or worse, maybe just the crazy part without the wisdom. So i want to speak about it. It may not be so relevant to some of you, but for others, i suspect it is and to bring it into consciousness. In these areas, one of the most important things to understand about relations to teachers is transference. This is a psychological term. What it means is that you transfer on to some figure, a man or a woman, you
