The Irony of the State When You Needed the State
In tamenado, we actually had a father and son thrashed to death in a custodial death for allegedly violating the curfew guide lines. And why has he been beaten? Because he he has no income. He needs to buy vegetables. The irony of it is just almoststaggering, too cruel. There was too little torite when you needed bureaucrats at the borders directing migrant workers to night shelters. When you needed outside the gates of public hospitals, instead of people, you know, running from hospital to hospital,. At a time when there was no public transport. The ambulances had run short.
