How to Make Money as a Salary Employee
Brad Smith was an employee, salary employee for eight years. He says it's incredible how much extra stuff you get as a salary employee that you take for granted. The security of the job is so much harder to be fired once you're in on a salary or have a permanent position. A lot of managers are paying contractors for their day rate and they can flick you off as soon as they don't need you. So these are the things that people maybe need to think about if they're thinking of starting their own thing.
