Charles Haddon Spurgeon pastored the Metropolitan Tabernacle, a great church in London. The Londoners would flock to hear Spurgeon preach. He wrote many sermons, of course, while he was at the MetropolitanTabernacle. And Spurgeon also wrote many books.
