The government is planning to bring in something like 1.5 million people over the next three years or something because there was a built-up backlog through covid so they're just catching up to the numbers but if you think from a country what we've got 27 million people already that is a lot of people coming in. The way in which we're structured here in Australia to be able to invest and to try and create financial independence using property does allow us to investment in that particular market.
