This is a message of hope that the atonement is available. It encompasses all things and we can move past all things be changed. The Savior does this often where he'll let other people perform the miracles or make the prophecies. He doesn't always do everything himself. But he said unto me, prophesy upon these bones and say unto them, oh ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.
