The Difference Between Operations and Management

The government's pretty stupid on a lot of things, but this is one thing I like that they do. And you can hold them for 35 years once you're refinanced. So in our structures, it's a prop co, op co and then a management company that charges a fee. The license that is being held with the state is held at the operations company level. All the bills are paid by that company.
