The Different Markets Within the Market

Zillow predicted 17% appreciation year over year in 2022, but it was about 8%. This is going to be super local. I don't think you can say all of the Boston area is going to drop by this or all of New York City is going to dropped by this. There's going to be neighborhoods in part to this, where prices do decline for sure. The schools may not be what people want. These are the factors why people move places.
