On his deathbed Hussey said that it was him who cashed the guy. But there are other people that say including Jack Mills' son who said no my father told me who it was and it wasn't him. This guy is just doing that robber thing where you still cover for your people. I don't know if we'll ever know for real if it was him or the other dude.
