The Implications of Stagflation for Stocks and Bonds

A stagflation environment is the worst possible economic regime that has ever existed for financial assets for stocks and bonds going back all the way since 1972. Rates are going to continue to climb until inflation is taken under control which means you're going to have some devaluation of your bonds as rates continue to creep higher on stocks it's almost all about profit margins so far companies have been able to pass through higher prices low unemployment.
