Wittgenstein breaks down certainty into objective and subjective certainty in a way that looks to me quite different from Moore. He's critical of Moore throughout this has a number of sort of snider marks. If certainty means you've gotten hold of truth or knowledge means you have gotten told the truth, then like you are never in a position to absolutely 100%. That's where a pragmatist will just say when you say truth is 100%, you're just wrong about that. And he does eventually get in the book like, it's actually okay to say even that I am certain that blah, blah, blah and still be wrong.
