Using Down Time to Promote Your Studio
When it comes to promoting yourself and your studio, you can't take your off the gas pedal ever. You always need to be promoting and connecting with people, not working with people. Don't look at other engineers as just competition. There's work to go around, and not everybody's right for all the work,. So those are my points. Take advantage of that downtime. Do not squander it on just, hey, i want to buy some more stuff, or a going to sit around and wait for the phone to ring and watch t v - get out there, meet with people.
