De-Risking in China

It's all about actually having a plan that's really difficult you know remember Kennedy said we're going to the moon because it's hard not because it's easy. So this isn't about one side facilitating a battalion facilitating means making something easier for someone else like the word de-risking. In China though is that they obviously have very kind of clear targets that's such high poverty that they really alleviated a lot of people out of poverty. They also are spending a huge amount on greening their entire manufacturing base because they have a huge pollution problem so they don't have that myth of oh this is just going to happen through the free market.
