62% of people who found reviews didn't think that the review had any effect on their feelings about treatment. A small minority felt that the review did have an effect on theirfeelings about the treatment. Some comments were positive, like one person felt really validated about their therapist and they weren't connecting with them. But others said this made therapy seem less personal to them; another client was upset her therapist was so close to someone else in the review.
