Is the Northern Accent Just Reinforcing Stereotypes?

It's kind of a good thing that they've used a northern accent. M, but isn't it just reinforcing stereotypes? I mean, in some cases the stereotype is actually very good for business,. Because there was a spate of call centres opening offices in the northeast pati and because the accent was seen as one people all around the u k could relate to. And on the flip side, i think the stereotype around a non british accents caused problems for some companies. An out source to india and packiston, where there were complaints. Sometimes may be justified, but probably a lot of them based on sort of zenephob not really wanting to listen to a foreign sounding
