When I started this show, I was asked to come up with an idea for a show that would appeal to non-Irish people. The exercise actually comes from leaders on our K-12 team who work in education. It involves spending a whole day really trying to walk in the shoes of someone who is going through the system that you design or that you work in. And we see all kinds of insights come out.
