Is There a Power in Balance in This Episode?

There seems to be a lot of saving of women in this episode. Suja gets bailed out by leo, and a mandy gets led out by josh. And sam goes and rescues laurie. It just feels like a sort of, the men get to have a lot of agency, and a lot of the women are kind of a, no, i see what you're saying, ok, yet are sensitive? E, i just feels like there's a power in balance there, and it just feels a little patriarchal. That's pretty much the only thing that i didn't in the episode.
