Recruiting Versus a Centralized System

In a small church it might be the minister or the minister and someone else recruiting people. In a larger church may be the serve team who can sort of more assess the needs of the team. You need some way of keeping track of what are the ministry needs of your church so you can't just obviously recruit everyone to the team. Everyone who you recruit they like the outdoors they want to be part of the mowing team. For us that comes from above the serve team that comes from the highest level ministry team coming up with their strategic priorities for the year and thinking about which areas we resource. We have this spreadsheet that says how many people you might be recruiting so that's the church
