Covington's Disease

Michael Lewis' book premonition that confuses me. If California had heated your warnings and mounted an immediate thoughtful coordinated response to COVID then things would have turned out great for California. I don't know that even the best executed plans in California would have been 100% successful. We are no better off than we were in January 2020. Communicable disease is communicable. It spreads so California can get an A plus but if all the other states surrounding California are not doing the same then the disease spreadsNo matter what California does.
