How to Hire a Good Engineer

Companies who say that it is difficult to hire should spend a little more time with engineers. When i was at zomato and othing the two of the best hires in my team, i didwas hire something we call trial week. You can't get a better signal than thatd, i'm going to be doing most of the heavy lifting for you. And even they would be very invigorated, because it's like a big unicorn company,. Their engineer is mentering you in a project. Or maybe, you know, we don't have the bandwit to do something like this.
