Do You Have a Project Management System?
Are you allowed to store data anywhere, or do you have to use a particular system? What level of detailed does your task need to be in order for it to work. How much detail should the project management system require is another question. Are there any restrictions and enforcements on what information can't be stored at all? If so, why not let people know how well they are doing with their tasks by emailing them an e-mail instead of going through every single page?!
