Having a Close Feedback Loop
Having meetings regularly is awesome and very stimulating. But we also need some of that quiet time to be able to get that work done too. We have tributed work for so we wouldn't ever be all in the same office. Even if everybody returned to an office, it would be with many offices. So we're going to still have those video in that inner action, remotely forever at this company.
