The Bing Hybrid Model for Perf

Bing.NET has switched to a hybrid model, where it hosts 4 assemblies under I.L.NET Core and runs them against 5.2 or whatever. This means that many of Bing's partners will still be building on the old framework. The new tool called API port can analyze your binaries for all of the APIs you're calling. It'll convert your code and projects for you but also tell you what will break.
