How to Break Down Problems Into Small Pieces
There is one topic that you touched on there, bent with regards to how leadership kind of break problems down into sort of smaller pieces. How do you know when you've really gotten down to that ground level? That's a super good question. You know when you can replicate the thing and do it faster the next time and cheaper the next time. This is called positive learning curves. And we give some examples of this in the book even from areas where people normally think it's impossible to have positive learning curve.
