The idea of not playing with the architecture so much and really trying to see is it going to find something like that I think was trying to get a in some ways a cleaner signal on do we have the right objective for training these models. It's just by construction that's how it's going to be but if we can find an objective that naturally leads to that then it feels like you're onto something perhaps because we know in the early visual areas there you have these kind of edge detectors. So maybe that allows us to kind of get an insight into more general principles that lead to the kind of intelligence that you know we're capable of.
