Kara and Shawn have been struggling with their financial situation. They are trying to work out how they can make more money, but it's not easy. Cara says she would like a 30-40% increase in her income over the next five years. Shan is working off of a common, invisible script that rich people are evil,. So if i make a lot of money, i'll be evil, and probably an ass hole too. The last thing you want to do is to squelch the other partner's dreams. If anything, the answer is to first engage with them.
