The Art of Communicating
The way we say it with what word and tone might change to better connect with the person in front of us. Every single conversation requires a little bit different orientation and connection, even though the motivation behind what I'm saying might be identical. It's easy to give principles around how that works, but ultimately it is a skill that is learned in the act of using it. And so that's the art and that's the hard part with any science. Easy to talk about the black and white theory and the empirical evidence,. bring it into real life, especially when it's human interfacing.
