How to Overcome Challenges
If you are in a challenging situation or really trying to think things through, then just write out, or talk through some small, tiny, practical steps to move you forward. Do this for a week, five minutes a day, just sit there and write all the things you've overcome. If you do this regularly, you're going to start directing your brain in that more positive sense as well on direction. Remember, you are in control of your own self-esteem and confidence.
