The Importance of Carrying Costs

JP: I don't beat them up on price a whole lot. It's more like hit the timeline. And that's one thing that we with contractors always try to get to because like price is one thing, but times another, right? A month saves us $2,000 if you have hard money and 12%. JP: The carrying costs on it ended up being about like 1660 a month. So definitely learned that like one at a time makes a lot of sense.
