Is It a Good Idea to Regulate the AI Industry?

I think Zuckerberg does want real regulation of the tech industry. He doesn't want regulation that targets Facebook specifically. So Google might be very afraid that someone's going to pass legislation specifically targeting Google. But when it comes to things like data privacy rights, there's a bunch of people at Google who are big data privacy advocates and even myself.
