Think about whether any of the firms you're looking at are going to require references. Have it not be a relative, which I have seen? Yeah. It should not be someone related to you. Probably not just a friend. This should be somebody who can speak to your professional capacity,. Exactly. Because I did have someone submit their mother. But even then, I think you're better off having somebody else on the team.
