I'm thinking about how we would do this in our business. Could it be beneficial to compounding all that stress into two weeks and then providing more recovery time on the back? I don't know of anyone who would come in with a real obsession with muor hypotraphy yet, to be honest. But i guess tit's kind of straightforward. If some ones o let say, eight times a month, training twice a week am. And we figure out that they could do four times a week short term, then we just purchase two of those contracts. So just purchase two, and then just terminate one of them at the end of the month. Simple as i at, right?
