Customer notification emals are an example of how to shift from important but not urgent. Hanging up yard signs, basely, doing any kind of marketing is important, but noturgent. So basically, if you can start spending your time on some that's important but not urgently, you're basically putting out fires before they en. For me, the customers service was getting totally blown up Wai, too many phone calls, too much chat,. And we dove in and we said, 'How do we stop these fires even happening?' There may be any number of problems going on with he business which could be solved this way.
