It takes a little time to build momentum on a project, to really get into the deep work of something. We crave novelty and that's what makes multi tasking so attractive. The key is to recognize that this impulse to multi task is driven by this desire for greater novelty not just in our life over all, but also moment by moment. And if productivity or accomplishment, we should do an episode on how we actually measure productivity as well.
