The History of the Border Patrol

The History of the Border and its Enforcement begins in 1492 with the colonization of war become known as the Americas. The US border is much bigger than the land boundary between the USA and Mexico to the south and Canada to the north. If you're listening to this in the United States, chances are that you live in the border enforcement zone. This swath of territory outside the Constitution has been established into Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. Within 25 miles of the border, they can enter your property provided it's not a domicile.
