The Importance of Electability in Primary Politics
In the early elections, there was this idea of, oh, you don't run on electability. That's not what moves voters. Well, i think there's a difference between saying you're going to run on it and demonstrating that you are that person. And so i don't think it's wrong to say that you wouldn't go out in campaign on that, but you definitely want to be viewed that way.
