Doctors and Patients Are Working in a Broken System

One in four patients feel that their physicians sometimes exposes them to unnecessary risk. The time a doctor spends with individual patients has actually increased from a wapping 18 minutes, which was high, i thought, to 21 minutes. I don't think doctors are bad people. We are just working in a broken system.
