There is evidence that people who have stronger belief actually show less response in kind of error related centers of the brain. It's the same part of the same centers that if you're on Xanax, that that targets, it reduces activity in those areas of thebrain. And so, it clearly does, does reduce anxiety, both existential and, and present case. On average, what you see in, in belief is people who take better care of their bodies. They are less involved in substance abuse. So I think there is a beneficial element to these practices.
