There's no shorting allowed in the market. They just don't allow retail traders to do that. People cannot, or retail traders here, cannot trade any kind of leverage. Leverage is illegal and shorting is illegal. So you have a very, very big indifference where the bids are nice and thick,. The offers are super thin, and it's just a game of who's willing to wait longer until they kind of ape into things. It's basically catch FOMO and just want to buy.
