How to Diagnosis Bell-Palsey

Direct Bell-Palsey in patients with acute onset, unilateral facial weakness, or paralysis involving the forehead. Risk factors include diabetes, hypertension, immunosuppression, upper respiratory illnesses, and pregnancy. The diagnosis is clinical and can be made with history and physical exam alone.
