Malfoy is attempting to humiliate lucius malfoy, not drako. But because dumbledor has so much social cachet an respect, he's not humiliated. I do wonder if it is still humbling for dumbledore. i would imagine that he sees this seat at hogwarts to kindan be his. He isn't doing a ton of headmastering any more. So he's just sort of running a political, underground coup from the office of hogwarts. The governors are only one bully tactic away from licios mouthwy of turning on d Dumbledore.
