Heroin and the Cleveland VA Hospital

The first time David ever did heroin was in the VA hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. He says a guy acting like he was cleaning all day long would sell him heroin. "He gave me a syringe and two bags of heroin and I went in the bathroom and I shot it up" The story rings true; packets were sometimes hidden inside toilet paper dispensers.
