I'm Glad to See Progress on the Fisheries Subsidies Issue.

Fisheries subsidies decision is pivotal for the relevance of the organization into the future. I remember this going back at least to the third ministerial conference in seattle in 19 99, as not being able to do anything on fish,. And this issue has been around for a while. Great to see a little resolution. Second on the ip waver. This was always solving the wrong problem, instead of working on problems that did exist in the world. That's producing vaccines. To day, we're throwing away millions of doses because there's excess supply over demand. Problem has always been distribution, not production. But we'll live to fight another day.
