How Did the Reporting Process Work?
I explored formal access, but frankly, it tied my hands too much. You're never going to get the principles to talk to you unless you have completely sort of locked yourself into terms. The legal process was really onerous because in the past, you know, you could publish a book in America that was different from the one in England. Many publishers now don't want to take any risks essentially of bits of it being appearing and all over the world with different libel laws.
